They've been very helpful in the weight loss. I have the chocolate, vanilla and chai latte. I've been mixing them with low fat yogurt and fruit, interchangeably. It's been doable. Arbonne Shakes
These are the shakes that I'm drinking on the post-op diet. I'm not advertising for the products, but they are really good. They are made by Arbonne and they are really filling. They've been very helpful in the weight loss. I have the chocolate, vanilla and chai latte. I've been mixing them with low fat yogurt and fruit, interchangeably. It's been doable. I'm surprised!
Hope all goes will with the surgery and weight loss. Interestingly I had a friend tell me the day after you had surgery that she was planning to have it done as well. I told her about your blog so she could do "research."
ReplyDeleteI finally had time to join our reunion group. I don't have any spare time during football season.
I'm glad to hear that you like the Arbonne shakes. I recently became a consultant because I like the skincare products so well. I have been considering trying the shakes-now I will. We are also launching a new weight loss line soon. Don't know anything else about it yet though.
