Could be the climate change. I think I read that leather shrinks when there is a lot of moisture. Could be Texas is more humid than NYC???? And that's why you are having the problems you have....you might try taking them to a shoe repair place - they may be able to stretch them for you if they are too tight.<BR/><BR/>Hope that helps!
